Refund policy

Returns:

To be eligible to make a return, you must email us within 14 days of receipt of your parcel. You then have a further 14 days from the date of requesting the return to return your item(s) back to us.

Please do not remove, cut or tamper in any way with the security tape on your garments. until you are happy to keep your items. The tape allows garments to be tried on for size but must not be removed, cut or tampered with in any way. Items returned that have had the security tape removed will be rejected.

Please email returns@bowsbabyboutique.co.uk with your order number in the subject line. You will receive an automated reply confirming receipt of your email. Requests for refunds sent any other way including, but not limited to, social media messenger will not be accepted or replied to.

Please note sale items are only eligible for refund to a credit note. There will be no exceptions to this.

You must inform us of your intention to return your item(s) as above and your item(s) must be returned unused with all original tags still attached and in the same condition that you received it. Security tags (if present) must not be removed under any circumstances. It must also be in the original packaging. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that any returned items are covered by appropriate carriage insurance. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. It is also the responsibility of the buyer to use a postal service that ensures items are returned back within the returns window (14 days from date of receipt to inform us + 14 days from date of return request to return items to us. Items must arrive back no later than the 14th day after requesting a return). The cost of return postage is the buyers responsibility. Items returned to us outside of our returns policy will not be refunded and will be returned back to the address on the original order.

Refunds (if applicable):

Returns are dealt with in the order they are received, within 7 working days. Once your returned item is received it will be inspected. If you qualify for a refund, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. Please note that credit card processing times can vary between providers and are out of our control. If your order qualifies for free delivery but the final value of the order, once returns are deducted takes the final value below our free delivery threshold, the original cost of delivery will be deducted from any refund made. If an order is purchased in part/fully using a gift card/credit note then this will be considered the primary payment method and any monies due will be refunded back to the gift card/credit first, before other payment methods.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded to the original payment method. Sale items will only be refunded to a credit note. There will be no exceptions to this.

 

Exchanges:

We do not currently offer the facility to exchange your purchase. If you wish to exchange, then please simply return your item for a refund (if applicable, see above) and re-order the alternative size/style from our website (subject to availability).

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel an order that has been placed, before it is shipped then please note a charge equivalent to the payment processing fee incurred by us will be deducted from your refund. This amount varies according to which payment method you chose but as a guide will vary approximately between 2.5% - 6%.
