Safe Place delivery:

On the day of your delivery from Royal Mail you will be notified by text and/or email to give you further delivery options, including (if available) the option to leave the parcel in your nominated 'safe place'. We will not accept liability for parcels that are delivered, at your request, to a 'safe place' and then are subsequently lost. If a nominated 'safe place' is selected this is at your risk. These include, but are not limited to, porches, outbuildings, doorsteps and external cupboards.

Republic of Ireland update Feb 2024:

We are unfortunately currently unable to ship any orders to the Republic of Ireland due to Irish customs agents continual refusal to accept correct importation documentation. This will remain until Irish customs officials accept the globally recognised international commodity paperwork.
