All orders from our family run baby boutique are carefully hand-picked and checked before dispatch and lovingly gift wrapped and packed in recyclable cardboard packaging*. We want you to truly appreciate the experience of receiving and opening your parcel.

If you leave an email address and/or a mobile number (ideally both for full tracking capability) when checking out you will be kept up to date with full tracking details so you can follow your parcel's progress all the way to your door.

There are options to upgrade to guaranteed next day** delivery (delivered Monday - Saturday by 1pm) for those times when you just can't wait!

**please note guaranteed next day by 1pm delivery does not guarantee delivery on Sunday. On some occasions parcels will be delivered on Sunday but this is not guaranteed. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered by 1pm next day (subject to appropriate delivery upgrade option). Orders placed after 2pm Friday up to 2pm Monday will be delivered by 1pm Tuesday (excluding bank holidays, subject to appropriate delivery upgrade option).

Although 95% of parcels reach their destination within 24/48 hrs this is not guaranteed and no refunds will be offered for parcels that are not delivered within 24/48 hrs. Dispatch times are calculated from the next working day, for orders placed after 2pm Friday until midnight Sunday.

Delivery Estimates:

Safe Place delivery:

On the day of your delivery from Royal Mail you will be notified by text and/or email to give you further delivery options, including (if available) the option to leave the parcel in your nominated 'safe place'. We will not accept liability for parcels that are delivered, at your request, to a 'safe place' and then are subsequently lost. If a nominated 'safe place' is selected this is at your risk. These include, but are not limited to, porches, outbuildings, doorsteps and external cupboards.

Republic of Ireland update Feb 2024:

We are unfortunately currently unable to ship any orders to the Republic of Ireland due to Irish customs agents continual refusal to accept correct importation documentation. This will remain until Irish customs officials accept the globally recognised international commodity paperwork. Apologies for any inconvenience caused to our many customers in the Republic of Ireland.
